1. Make reservations for the guests that call in advance
2. Make entries of the time and the date the guest is expected to arrive.
3. Greet all the guests and seat them according to their reserved seats.
4. Ensure that the guests are seated comfortably, and Waitress is present to take their order
5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns
6. Assist the guests to the exit
7. Contributes ideas, systems and procedures for the service area
8. Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct.
9. Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
10. Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.
