* Assisting with our clients who are looking for properties in Iloilo and Bacolod

* Viewing of properties with our without client (virtual), coordinating with developers, property owners

* Assisting with paperwork and necessary admin tasks

* Assisting with expanding brand reach and client base in Panay and Negros

* Assisting and eventually leading marketing events in the area

* Open to those who would like to be based in Manila, full-time employment can be discussed

* Options available from freelance (commission basis only with allowance), part-time, full-time

* Minimum college level

* Communication / English skills (written and verbal)

* Relationship skills

* Can work independently and with a team

* Coachable, willing to learn
