We are rapidly expanding locally and internationally and are looking for talented developers to help build and scale our platform.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Full Stack Developer who can develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications and backend services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in React Native, API development, database management, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted software development.

This is an onsite position in Davao City. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Mobile Development

• Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications.
• Build scalable and reusable mobile components.
• Optimize app performance across Android and iOS devices.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs.

Backend Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs.
• Manage database architecture and optimization.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls.
• Develop real-time systems and notification services.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Full Stack Responsibilities

• Participate in system architecture planning.
• Work closely with UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Write technical documentation.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis.
• Ensure high application reliability and scalability.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
• Create effective prompts for development tasks.
• Validate and review AI-generated code before deployment.
• Apply best practices to minimize technical debt and maintain code quality.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 1+ year experience in mobile application development.
• Strong React Native experience.
• Minimum 1 year of React Native experience required.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Supabase database experience required.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayMongo, PayPal, etc.).
• Experience with Google Maps, location services, and real-time tracking.
• Experience with push notifications.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Supabase.
• Experience with ride-hailing, delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
