- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity
- Have the knowledge in estimating costs and maintains budgets for construction projects.
- Efficient in ensuring the structures in achieving legal and quality standards.
- Manages financial and contracts of a construction projects.
- Examining and analyzing materials costs
- Have the ability to create and be professional to ensure that building projects remain within a given budget.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. For operations-construction: communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in bid management and construction estimation software tools.
- Strong analytical skills and research skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction estimation and cost management.
- Excellent in construction activities.
Requirements
- Must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
