Description

Coordinate with International office for the store Food Safety and Quality requirements
Conducts Food Safety Evaluation (FSE) Audits in Stores.
Coordinate with Multi-Unit Managers for Food Safety and Quality concerns of the stores.
Facilitate Supplier audits in coordination with Supplier Chain and the supplier
Investigate the Food Safety and Quality related customer complaints, provide recommendations and directions to the operations team.
Provide Food Safety and Quality related trainings to MUM’s, Store Managers and Store Members as necessary.
Coordinates with 3rd party service providers of Pest Control, Water Testing and Laboratory Testing with the assistance of Supply Chain Management.
Manage a team of Quality Assurance officers in effectively performing their daily job functions.
Create and request for annual department budget
Conduct performance evaluations of QA Officers
Assist the company in recruiting prospective QA-R&D personnel
Conduct and document Material Evaluation for new and existing products as necessary with the assistance of QA-R&D Officer.
Facilitate the approval of new materials and suppliers in accordance to the requirements of International office
Develop or improve new and existing products with the assistance of QA-R&D Officer in coordination with Marketing.
Create or review procedures, references and memorandum for the store operations and suppliers.
Attend ideation with prospective suppliers to develop new products
Assist the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) officer in implementing the company’s sustainability program.
Create weekly report and attend weekly Department Head’s meeting
