Training Methods
Responsible to use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
1.Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
2.Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
3.Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
4.Implementation of Trainings for both HO, Project Sites and Other BU's as per Planned scheduled and frequency
5. Preparation of Training Examination and feedback from participants
Continual Improvement
1. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
2. Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
3. Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
4. Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
Internal Business Process
Responsible for updating and validation of accomplishment of the Request For Information Task (RFI)
1. RFI google Form issuance
2. Progress Update of RFI log monitoring
3. Overall Summary of RFI logs with action items and recommendations if needed.
Process Compliance
1. CARE Issuance and Monitoring
2. CARE Follow up and Closure
3. CARE/ NC's Monthly reporting with RCA and Closure status
3. Internal Audit Execution
