Description
- Develop, implement and continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train the quality assurance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards
- Report on quality metrics and recommend corrective actions to management
Requirements
- Proven track record as a quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Responsible for customer communication and Quality reports / Improvements (KAIZEN) etc.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineer & Mechanical Engineer or Electromechanical
