Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of incoming materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of quality control processes.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in QA/QC environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Management, Operations Management, and project management techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct inspections, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with teams to enhance processes.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional site visits; may require extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
