Description

  • Assist in procurement operations and inventory management.
  • Compile purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely orders.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and databases.
  • Support the purchasing team with market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and vendor evaluations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in time management, vendor management, problem-solving, inventory management, and negotiation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage purchasing processes, maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory levels.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits to vendors; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, adaptable, and strategic thinker committed to building partnerships.
