Description

  • Analyze market trends and maintain inventory levels for construction projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and monitor supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure material quality and timely delivery.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies and sustain supplier relationships for Static Power Philippines, Inc.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout procurement processes.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience, preferably in purchasing or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project coordination, purchasing, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Must be adept at negotiation and negotiating strategies. Excellent communication skills are mandatory, along with experience in canvassing and purchasing functions.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Should coordinate with other departments and manage projects efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Typically, work within an office environment but may require travel to meet suppliers or to inspect goods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to work independently. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Should be a team player with a can-do attitude.
