Description

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality ingredients for our baked goods and beverages.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including price negotiation and inventory management.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and improve purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards in all procurement activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices
  • Manage inventory levels and forecast future demand
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet quality standards

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in distribution, inventory management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and coordinate projects.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for vendor meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, effective decision-making, and ability to conduct marketing research.
