Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or any related course.
• Experience in purchasing construction materials, warehouse supplies, hardware, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, and equipment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.  

Main Duties:

• Receive and review Purchase Requisitions from various departments and project sites.
• Source and canvass to obtain competitive prices, quality, delivery schedules, and supplier terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) using the Zoho System.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders until delivery is completed.

*Salary: 16,500 - 19,500 (16.5k for no experience)

*Work Location: Guiguinto, Bulacan (Stay-in Work Set-up)

Applicants' Residence: Must be residing from far North area example: Bataan, Baguio, Pangasinan, Zambales, Cagayan Valley, Isabela, etc. or other Visayas or Mindanao area.  (Free staff house and food if once a month lang uuwi sa province nila)

Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (7am-7pm), Saturday (7am-5pm)
