- Drive awareness and boost sales of our Scents and Perfumes line through engaging marketing and promotional strategies.
- Create a visceral experience for potential customers by demonstrating our products' unique qualities in the Beauty & Wellness industry.
- Organize and attend events that epitomize our brand values, progressively building a strong, loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative promotional campaigns tailored to market needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in promotion or related fields preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and outgoing personality. Familiarity with sales strategies and basic marketing principles.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, represent our brand positively, provide product information, and collect customer feedback.
- Working Conditions: Role requires working on weekends often in busy retail environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, energetic, resilient under pressure, with a customer-centric approach.
