Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 10 years of proven work experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent project management skills, proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, manage timelines, and communicate project progression to stakeholders.
- Working Conditions: Role involves on-site work, with exposure to various outdoor conditions and some travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability, decisiveness, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.
