Functional overview

Roth&Co has grown over the past 40 years to become a leading accounting and financial services firm with over 160 specialists spanning 4 locations in the US.  It is an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals.

We are seeking a dedicated administrator to join our team as a Project Management Administrative Assistant.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Overseeing the administrative end of every project from start to finish
  • Keeping close record of projects/engagement schedules and deadlines
  • Running reports daily to determine the status of each project
  •  Informing the firm when deadlines are approaching and indicating the status of each project
  • Delegating incoming work to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Creating profiles for new clients

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience as Project Assistant
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Suite
  • Good English communication and written skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • The ability to manage multiple high-demand projects at once
  • Top-notch professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Willing to work in US/night shift and onsite in Makati
