Description

  • Lead a team of engineers in executing construction projects with precision and quality.
  • Oversee project plans, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation at Glasstron Corporation.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a proactive and solution-driven work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements to propel Glasstron within the engineering front of construction.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Engineering.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of engineering principles, proficient in relevant software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee engineering projects, ensure compliance with engineering processes, manage a team of engineers, plan and execute training.
  • Working Conditions: Office and field environment, must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive in addressing issues.
