The Project In Charge (PIC) is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The PIC serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
