The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and budgeting. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates
• Collaborate with the project team to gather information on labor, materials, and equipment requirements
• Conduct site visits to understand project scope and identify any special requirements
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines for review
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and budget updates
• Provide ongoing support to project managers and stakeholders regarding cost adjustments and budget tracking

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in project estimating, construction, or a related field
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
