Description

Nagtitimbang ng chemical para sa tamang kalkulasyon ng goma
Nag-gigiling ng goma / Nagpuputol-putol ng goma
Nagdudugtong ng mga goma para maging bilog ito at maging gulong
Nag spray ng silicon sa goma na nagawa galing ng tire department
Taga ipit ng dalawang dugtungan para hindi maghiwalay ang goma habang niluluto
Nag check kung may reject o wala sa mga nagawang produkto
Work on the production assembly line
Understanding of the mechanics of the product
Attention to detail to build correctly and to pick up any faults
Physically demanding job as some lifting is required
Be aware of Health and Safety standards; along with a high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace
Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense. Uniforms will be provided that you will be required to wear
Punctuality and reliability are very important
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Keen attention to detail, methodical work practice, organized, reliable and motivated
Good personal skills and Physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting
This role will involve repetitive work with some machines being manually operated
Ability to understand and work with people from a range of cultural & social backgrounds and to

Honest, reliable and trustworthy Organized, flexible and resilient with a sense of humor
Ability to work alone and unsupervised
Willingness to undertake training and seminar to increase or update skills

Requirement

High School Graduate
With experience as machine operator or production worker
No visible Tattoo
With TESDA Certificate if available
With 3 certificates of employment from previous employers
Punctuality and reliability are very important
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Experience of working within the tire industry preferred but not essential
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Flexibility to work in other departments as required
