Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Implement and maintain production metrics to track performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate production needs and adjust schedules as necessary.
Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized production area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven 3 years' experience as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment, with specific experience in butchery and handling frozen goods.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Experience in forecasting and production planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
