Description
- Creates master production schedule with considerations on maintaining targeted inventory levels
- Ensures consistent planning information to production and related sections
- Maintains a valid capacity requirement plan that supports the master production schedule
- Negotiates and communicates with LEI China counterparts for production plan optimization and realization
- Liases with production, purchasing, engineering and delivery teams to achieve on time delivery
- Helps identify and manage capacity issues with production team and coordinate for the resolution of the issue
- Calls and leads master production schedule meetings
- Provides guidance and expertise to develop the BU’s knowledge and information relative to production plan optimization
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi and annual reports and KPIs
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior/ manager
Requirement
- Must be a college graduate or at least 2 years in college of any course
- Must be computer literate
- With analytical ability, foresight and a working knowledge of production process flow
