Description
- Operate production machinery and monitor processes for quality output.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Document production metrics and assist in quality control inspections.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate machinery, monitor production processes, and maintain safety standards.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in a fast-paced environment, often requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
