JOB OBJECTIVES


MACHINE OPERATOR:

  1. Check machines to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
  2. Prepare the machine/equipment before they are use.
  3. Regularly checks performance of the machine.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and areas assigned.
  5. Coordinate with Production Specialist machine related issues and concern.
  6. Follow regulations, safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.
  7. Ensure completeness and proper placement of machine parts and tools at the end of each shift.
  8. Troubleshoot problems regarding machines/equipment.
  9. Assist in training new employees.
  10. Perform other tasks as needed.
  11. Follow sanitation procedures and requirements to ensure product safety.
  12. Maintains clean, neat, and organized work area.
  13. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices set by the Plant
  14. Regularly reports for work as required including additional work   assignments during holidays and weekends as may be required.


STEAMERMAN:

  1. Operates Steamer /proofer to complete the processes or task.
  2. Calibrate / Maintain and ensure that equipment/machines are in good running condition.
  3. Ensures adherence to product standards set by the Plant.
  4. Coordinate with Production Specialist on any issues related to product standards.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and areas assigned.
  6. Coordinate with Maintenance machine related issues and concern.
  7.  Regularly check machine performance.
  8. Maintain safety procedures in the workplace.
  9. Perform other tasks as needed.
  10. Follow sanitation procedures and requirements to ensure product safety.
  11. Maintains an orderly workplace.
  12. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices set by the Plant.
  13. Regularly reports for work as required including additional work assignments during holidays and weekends as may be required.


COLD STORAGEMAN:

  1. Operates/ Oversees Cold Storages to complete the processes or task and regularly check performance.
  2. Maintain, and ensure that Cold storages are in good condition.
  3. Ensures adherence to standards set by the Plant.
  4. Ensure cleanliness/orderliness of Cold Storages
  5. Responsible for storing, arranging, controlling, materials inside cold storages
  6. Collaborate with Quality Assurance Team on any issues related to GMP, SSOPs and Food Safety.
  7. Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering Department machine related issues and concern.
  8. Follow /Maintain safety procedures in the workplace.
  9. Perform other tasks as needed.
  10. Follow sanitation procedures and requirements to ensure product safety.
  11. Maintains an orderly workplace.
  12. Follows Good Manufacturing Practice set by the Plant
  13. Regularly reports for work as required including additional work assignments during holidays and weekends as may be required.



STOCKMAN:

  1. Receives materials accurately and promptly.
  2. Verifies the quantity and description of materials. 
  3. Place received materials on shelves, racks, or other designated areas in an orderly manner.
  4. Put proper tagging/labelling.
  5. Ensures accurate issuance of materials to production.
  6. Ensures FIFO/FEFO is being followed.
  7. Conducts daily inventory/physical count of all materials in Stockroom.
  8. Prepares accurate inventory report.
  9. Follow sanitation procedures and requirements to ensure product safety.
  10. Maintains clean, neat, and organized work area.
  11. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices set by the Plant.
  12. Regularly reports for work as required including additional work assignments during   holidays and weekends as may be required.


CRATE WASHER:

  1. Sort and rinse dirty equipment and utensils.
  2. Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of washing area.
  4. Ensure all equipment use in washing area are in good condition.
  5. Can be assigned in other areas as needed.
  6. Follow sanitation procedures and requirements to ensure product safety.
  7. Maintains clean, neat, and organized work area.
  8. Follows Good Manufacturing Practice set by the Plant
  9. Regularly reports for work as required including additional work assignments during holidays and weekends as may be required.

Requirement

QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least elementary or high school graduate with diploma.
  • Knowledge in Food Safety Practices.
  • Must have knowledge in operating manufacturing machines.
  • Knowledge in food manufacturing.
  • Able to understand written procedures and basic instruction as maybe given prior and during work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • With or without experience
  • Can start ASAP
