Job Description
Rehearsal and Training
Description
- Complete the training as per KPI requirements of the management and immediate supervisor, including other daily work and activities
- Learn and master the company's products, and provide trainings onsite for the company's products for offline personnel
- Conduct weekly online and on site alignment and trainings with Beauty Ambassadors to increase sales
- Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implement of training programs;
- Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effect
- Response and provide immediate support promptly to the query of internal team
- Follow up the sales staff to effectively answer and handle the questions
- Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources
- Field work as required for store visit
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
- Document and analyze sales improvement in accordance to the trainings conducted
- Enforce trade secret and confidentiality
Requirements
- WILLING TO START ASAP
- 30 YEARS OLD AND BELOW
- KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WPS, MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, PPT
- Proven experience as a Product Trainer or a similar role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Ability to design and develop training programs
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
