Description
- Analyze and document the product development process and progress
- Conducts training, product knowledge, and technical aspects to clients as well as resolving technical issues
- Assist in installation and machine demonstrations
- Making helpful recommendations and suggestions
- Maintains documentation and filings of all product-related reports, details, and client profile
- Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide product feedback, customer suggestions, or recommendations to the Senior Service Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Medical related course
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgable in hematology machines, CLIA, or any chemistry machines
- Experience in laboratory devices, equipment, or products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work both in office and field set-up
