Description

  • Source and evaluate contractors/suppliers; recommend suppliers for requisitioned items.
  • Mediate between requestors and suppliers to ensure technical conformity and timely delivery.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders regarding requested items.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and open bids for commercial evaluation.
  • Offer summary recommendations based on technical evaluations from end-users.
  • Seek management approval for supplier awards.
  • Generate purchase orders (POs).

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical buyer or procurement
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both local and international suppliers.
  • Should be amenable to work in 85% in Cavite and 15% in Rockwell, Makati
