Reporting to local Head of Strategy and Operations, the candidate will be expected to:

• Identify, assess, and select potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery times, and contract terms.

Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Work within approved budgets for procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and potential areas for savings

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing documents and contracts.

• Maintain purchase records, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, invoices, and inventory reports

• Propose and implement improvements in procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Educational Attainment: College Degree
• Course: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills Required: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, proficiency in analyzing cost, quality, and delivery time, ability to assess supplier reliability and the cost-effectiveness of products and skills in evaluating and managing vendor relationships, ensuring reliable supply chains
• Year/s of experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
