Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Designing control systems to minimize costs and operation issues.
Preparing material and equipment lists, cost analyses and estimated preparation costs.
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standand5
Developing standardized operating instructions
Performs system audits in the Quality Management System in Compliance with safety and quality standards.
Reviewing operation schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
Implements the documented quality system processes and procedures relevant to his/her respective function and any Improvements.
Follow-up action to ensure compliance on the documented information required by QMS.
Approves procedure for IQA, Management review, Preventive and Corrective Actions
Monthly review and evaluation of Quality Objectives (QO), Flow Chart, Guidelines and procedure process of all department Creating and monitoring of all company forms related to the Department Process and Flowchart.
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned
