Curriculum Development:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Use various teaching methods to engage children and foster learning.
Child Supervision:
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed.
Assessment and Observation:
Observe and assess children’s progress and development.
Communicate with parents about their child’s development and any concerns.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Establish and enforce rules and routines to promote positive behavior.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other educators, staff, and families to support children’s learning.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Working Conditions:
Work in a preschool or childcare setting, typically full-time.
Engage with children in various activities, both indoors and outdoors.
