Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the Physical Therapy team.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.

Ensure all treatments are performed according to professional standards and clinic protocols.

Train, mentor, and evaluate Physical Therapists and support staff.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Monitor inventory and ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Assist management in improving clinic operations, patient satisfaction, and team performance.

Job Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PRC License required).

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

At least 3–5 years of clinical experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent patient assessment and treatment planning abilities.

Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.

Experience in rehabilitation, pain management, sports therapy, or aesthetic rehabilitation is an advantage.

Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
