Description :
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and MongoDB Database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize performance.
- Integrate with frontend technologies and deliver well-formed, efficient backend services.
- Adhere to industry best practices and help improve internal coding standards.
- Work in a dynamic team environment within a quickly evolving ICT industry at Bittel Asia Inc.
- This is not a remote position must be willing to work in Paranaque
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in PHP, knowledge of PHP web frameworks, understanding of MVC design patterns, experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Writing clean, well-designed code, developing and deploying new features, troubleshooting and testing core product software, and maintaining documentation.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position requiring potential overtime and weekend work during project deadlines. Office-based or remote work options available.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in staying current with industry trends.
