Description
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Conduct patient consultations to provide medication information and address inquiries
- Monitor patient drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, and side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Oversee medication storage, preparation, and distribution practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws
Requirements
- Graduate with Bachelor degree in pharmacy or a related field
- Experience in medication administration in various settings
- Proficiency in aseptic technique for sterile compounding
- Strong patient care skills including assessment and counseling
- Understanding of anatomy for accurate medication and administration
