Pattern Creation:  

• Develop accurate and detailed patterns for garments based on design sketches and technical specifications. 

Fitting and Adjustments:  

• Conduct garment fittings and make necessary alterations to patterns to achieve the desired fit and style. 

Quality Assurance:  

• Ensure patterns meet the company’s quality standards and align with production requirements. 

Cross-Department Collaboration:  

• Work closely with designers, tailors, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration of patterns into the production process 

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry, with a portfolio of previous 
• work. 
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and technical design. 
• Adaptable and willing to learn 
• Detail oriented.
