We want you to be part of our growing Healthcare Family, we are currently adding up members for PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST (LOCAL HMO PROCESSING).

Patient Care Specialist will answer phone calls and provide assistance to accounts/members inquiries regarding benefit application, remaining MBL, benefit coverage, provider access and other contract related inquiries.

• Must be a graduate of Nursing, Radtech, Medtech, Physical Therapy or any 4 year medical course. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Board or Non Board Passers are welcome to apply.
• Open to Fresh Graduates with hospital experience during internship.
• Knowledgeable of medical terms (diseases, diagnostic test, procedures, admissible cases).
• BPO experience handling Healthcare or HMO account is an advantage.
• Average oral and written Filipino and English language.
• Previous hospital experience in processing HMO request or approval will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig on a shifting schedule.
