Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Partnership Officer to join our team, focusing on government accounts. The ideal candidate will have a vast network within government sectors, along with the ability to manage end-to-end partnership processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in securing and managing successful government partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies and organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the government sector in Metro Manila and other regions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential government partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives within the government sector.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of government partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of government partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Represent the company at government events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales or a similar role, with a focus on government accounts.
- Extensive network within government sectors in Metro Manila and other regions.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end partnership processes, from identification to execution and management.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the government sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
