Key Responsibilities

• Visit and monitor assigned public markets regularly.
• Build and maintain good relationships with market vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist in vendor recruitment, onboarding, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and market guidelines.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve market operations.
• Support promotional activities, events, and other market initiatives.
• Address vendor concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits.
