- Supervise daily operations to meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities.
