About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse and office operations. This is an onsite role, working from our office within a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that our facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage warehouse and office operations, including logistics, inventory, and daily workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage and motivate a team, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report to senior management on operational performance.

• Proven experience in operations or warehouse management, with at least [insert preferred years] of experience.
