Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
Proactively recommend improvements to the operations team
Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors
Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
Performs other duties and functions as required or assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Protects organization’s values by keeping important information (ex. Suppliers’ info & whereabouts, in-house chef, etc.) confidential.

Graduated BSBA/BM in Operations Management or any related course.
With experience in operations management, familiarity with inventory management processes or similar will be an advantage.
Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Exceptional communication skills, problem solver, and decision maker.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
