Description
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support inventory management and coordinate shipments for timely distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist in data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in compliance, collaboration, budgeting, project management, MS Office, business analysis, and content moderation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project coordination, monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and provide customer support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, with potential remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and customer-focused.
