Job Description

The campaign is a utility services company. They are the only utility management company that focuses entirely on utility services, and utility services alone. Utilities are Campaign's number one priority 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


The Utility Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for calling individuals to set up new services or move over their utilities to the campaign. They are also responsible for data entry and processing customer information accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Candidate with or without call center experience is welcome to apply.
  • Candidate must be a High School graduate
  • Candidate must be amenable to in Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao
  • Candidate must have a 15-20 Mbps internet connection
