Child Care

Provide full-time childcare, including meal prep, feeding, dressing, and maintaining routines.
Offer educational support, engage in creative play, and facilitate social development.
Apply positive discipline; manage behavior as discussed with parents.
Ensure child safety and manage emergencies according to the protocols of JS Global HR Services Corp.
Liaise effectively between children and parents to support the goals of the family while employed at our reputable recruitment firm.

Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional child care skills and a genuine love for children
Patience, flexibility, and understanding
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of child development stages and safety protocols
First aid and CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
Educational Qualifications:
No formal education required, but relevant training or certifications are a plus
Experience Level:
Less than 1 year of experience in a child care setting preferred
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide attentive and nurturing care to children
Ensure a safe and stimulating environment
Organize activities, games, and outings to promote development and enjoyment
Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap times
Working Conditions:
In-home care, potentially with variable hours
May require evening and weekend work
