Child Care

Description

  • Provide full-time childcare, including meal prep, feeding, dressing, and maintaining routines.
  • Offer educational support, engage in creative play, and facilitate social development.
  • Apply positive discipline; manage behavior as discussed with parents.
  • Ensure child safety and manage emergencies according to the protocols of JS Global HR Services Corp.
  • Liaise effectively between children and parents to support the goals of the family while employed at our reputable recruitment firm.

Requirement

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional child care skills and a genuine love for children
  • Patience, flexibility, and understanding
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of child development stages and safety protocols
  • First aid and CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • No formal education required, but relevant training or certifications are a plus
  • Experience Level:
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a child care setting preferred
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care to children
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating environment
  • Organize activities, games, and outings to promote development and enjoyment
  • Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap times
  • Working Conditions:
  • In-home care, potentially with variable hours
  • May require evening and weekend work
  • Potentially traveling with a family
  • Qualities and Traits:
  • Able to provide warm, caring, and consistent care
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual
