Nail Tech Trainer

Description
- Train and enforce that all processes, procedures, and protocols are being followed
- Train nail technicians in product knowledge and in appropriate sales techniques
- Help in creating new and innovative nail designs
- Train techs on new and upcoming techniques
- Managing equipment and inventory
- Be the go-to technician for any questions other nail techs may have regarding nail treatments
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a high volume nail salon
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Must be a people person, fun, and outgoing to employees and customers
- Proficient in all aspects of nail treatments
- A multi-tasker passionate about teaching others
- Work location: Ortigas Pasig
