Description
- The Multi-skilled Technician shall provide the maintenance and technical support to the building including, but not limited to:
- Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance of the building equipment and facilities within the Area of Responsibility.
- Performs building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Maintain inventory of repair and equipment supplies.
- Conduct electric and water meter readings.
- Report to the admin any defects, damage, and equipment breakdowns.
- Attend on-call activities (assist contractors, tenants, and emergency repairs).
- Update monitoring and checklist.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.
Requirement
- With complete government numbers
- Can start as soon as possible
- Must be willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule
- Must be physically fit to work
