The Multi-skilled Technician shall provide the maintenance and technical support to the building including, but not limited to:
Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance of the building equipment and facilities within the Area of Responsibility.
Performs building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
Implement preventive maintenance measures.
Maintain inventory of repair and equipment supplies.
Conduct electric and water meter readings.
Report to the admin any defects, damage, and equipment breakdowns.
Attend on-call activities (assist contractors, tenants, and emergency repairs).
Update monitoring and checklist.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.
