Description

  • Proven experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of civil works, including construction, renovation, and structural repairs.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and work in various conditions


Requirement

  • EDUCATION: High School graduate with good academic standing. Preferably with units in technical vocational course.
  • EXPERIENCE / TRAINING: At least 2-3 years of maintenance work handling properties.
