Multi-Skilled Technician

Routine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and other system failures. This may include diagnosing issues in motors, compressors, conveyor systems, electrical panels, and more.
Repairs: Repair or replace faulty components (e.g., motors, gears, wiring, pipes) to ensure equipment operates efficiently. May involve welding, fabrication, or using specialized tools for repairs.
Regular Inspections: Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning. This may include checking for signs of wear, overheating, leaks, or other issues.
Testing: Perform tests on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and controls to ensure they are running within specifications.
Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols when working with electrical systems, machinery, and other hazardous equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Workplace Safety: Conduct safety checks on equipment and systems to prevent accidents or system failures. Participate in safety audits and training sessions.

Must have at least five years experience in maintenance and repair of building facilities;
Must be a certified electrician;
Preferably at least a graduate of any vocational/technical course with NC II license related to maintenance and repair of building facilities;
Preferably with a valid driver's license
