  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor sales team to optimize productivity
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
  • Assign territories and roles, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to sales protocols

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role
  • willingness to travel around Batangas Province
  • with experience in Telecommunication Industry
