Description
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Support the selection and management of product assortments.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage product displays.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or sales environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking abilities, sales training proficiency, and sales management knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in product displays, support sales teams, and analyze inventory trends.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to retail locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and team player.
