• Responsible for Mold mounting and dismounting using overhead crane
• Setting standard parameter to machine monitor using the Standard Parameter setting
• Installing and checking mold cooling lines and mold temperature controller
• Setting conveyor and product catcher to the machine for production
• set up standard take out robot process
• Responsible in installing limit switch to mold with slider
• Ensures the machine monitors are always ON.
• Reset machine with alarm and separate the shots after resetting based on standard separation shots.
• Apply anti rust to mold to be change mold to avoid mold rust
• Apply airblow on mold cooling lines for change mold before transferring to mold maintenance
• Assure to take out all remaining parts of the parts running before proceeding to the next production
• collect and weight purge materials that have been produce in assigned area
• Immediately report all machine problem that may encounter

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School degree required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ability to operate machinery, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Operate manufacturing equipment, ensure quality, and maintain a clean workspace.
