Rehearsal and Training

Antenatal Care: Conduct thorough assessments of pregnant women, provide education on prenatal health, and monitor fetal development.
Labor and Delivery: Assist mothers during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Provide hands-on support, manage labor progress, and perform necessary interventions.
Postpartum Care: Provide care and education to new mothers and their infants, addressing physical and emotional recovery, breastfeeding support, and newborn care.
Health Education: Offer guidance on family planning, reproductive health, and newborn care to promote informed choices among families.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, care provided, and follow-up plans in compliance with health regulations.
Emergency Response: Recognize and respond effectively to complications and emergencies, coordinating with healthcare professionals as necessary.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Midwifery from a recognized institution.
Licensure: Must be a licensed Midwife in the Philippines with current registration from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Experience: Previous experience in maternal and newborn care preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and proficiency in basic clinical procedures.
